This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Provision of Group Benefits, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Non-disclosure Agreement

Due to the sensitive nature of information contained in the RFP documents, plan takers will be required to execute the attached 2022-74 Provision of Group Benefits: Non-disclosure Agreement with the City prior to the release of all RFP documents. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not release RFP documents to a plan taker should the City deem that the release of said documents could result in harm to the City, its employees or otherwise. The plantaker is to be a licensed insurance company or third party EHC/dental ASO claims payer able to conduct business in Ontario, and not a consultant, or other service provider such as EAP provider, disability claims management provider or virtual care specialist.
