This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of consultant services to complete municipal maintenance business process mapping and functional specification development for an integrated activity tracking and asset management system solution (ATAMS), as further described in the RFP Particulars(Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The desired system will operate within a geospatial environment, and be capable of integrating with existing City financial systems, GIS, 3^rd party condition assessment and data management tools and customer service platforms.

The project will commence in January 2016, with a targeted completion date of early fall 2016.
