This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the City of Brantford (the “City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. 

The City is seeking EOI from private sector entities interested in partnering with the City in the development, financing operation and / or programming / management of its planned new 5,300 seat sports and entertainment facility, from entities interested in acquiring the naming / sponsorship rights to the Facility on a pre-paid / upfront basis, and / or from entities interesting in acquiring certain municipally-owned properties.
