This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an experienced, highly qualified and professional consulting firm to provide Project Management Office services to lead, oversee and monitor the successful design-build of a 40 Unit Seniors Apartment Building, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables").

Approved in 2015, funds have been set aside to build a new housing development to supply affordable and appropriate rental accommodations for seniors.  This 40 unit apartment building, located at 97 Mt. Pleasant Road, Brantford, Ontario N3T 1T5, on vacant land beside John Noble Home, will provide reasonably priced and accessible housing options for the increasing population of seniors living in the community.
