A digital bid bond in the amount of $500,000.00 is required for this tender. This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for St. Paul Avenue (Brant Avenue to Terrace Hill Street), as further described in the specifications (the “Deliverables”).
Estimated Quantities: 630m - 150mm to 200mm Dia. Watermain 680m - 250mm to 1200mm Dia. Storm Sewer 365m - 250mm Dia. Sanitary Sewer 450m - Road Reconstruction
Anticipated construction start date is Monday, April 11, 2022 with one hundred forty (140) working days for completion. |
