The City of Brantford intends to construct a new park in South West Brantford at the corner of Strickland Ave. and Shellard Lane. This 24 acre park is intended to be a community park and will incorporate a number of premiere park amenities. The development of this park will include the construction of interior access roads and storm water management facilities that will service both the new park and the joint build Grand Erie District School Board elementary school and City of Brantford community center and library facility. The City of Brantford intends to prequalify up to four (4) General Contractors to bid on the subsequent Request for Tenders solicitation. |
