This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by the City of Brantford (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of snow clearing and ice control services for various city locations as further described herein. This solicitation consists of two Parts: Part A: Snow Clearing and Ice Control Services at the Brantford Municipal Airport Part B: Snow Clearing and Ice Control Services at four (4) City of Brantford Fire Hall Lots The provision of the Deliverables will be governed by the terms and conditions set out in Appendix A. It is the City’s intent to award Parts A & B separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents do not have to bid on both Parts, but must bid on all requirements within any given Part. |
