This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by the City of Brantford (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding quotations for the supply, delivery and installation of caliper trees, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City is seeking a contractor to provide all trees, labour, materials, services, equipment and any other incidentals necessary to carry out the annual Caliper Tree Planting Program (50mm caliper deciduous trees and 200cm coniferou strees for the City of Brantford Parks and Recreation Department) at various locations throughout the City.  The contractor shall warranty all trees for two full years from the last date of planting for that season.
