This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the City of Brantford (the “City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assess potential suppliers for services outlined herein for the proposed new Jaycee Sport Park specifically regarding the following Categories:

Category A: Business Partner in the construction, financing, operations / management of the Indoor Sports Facility 

Category B: Business Partner in the construction and financing of the Indoor Sports Facility 

Category C Business Partner in the operations / management of the Indoor Sports Facility
