This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of pharmacy services,as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP bid solicitation is being issued by the City of Brantford on behalf of the John Noble Home.  All issues related to this RFP pre-award shall be dealt with by the City, on behalf of the John Noble Home.  The agreement shall be between the John Noble Home and the selected proponent.

The purpose of this RFP is to seek proponents who can provide a full and comprehensive system for the accurate and safe acquisition and dispensing of medication for each resident of the John Noble Home requiring this service in a timely manner, in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Legislation and Program Standards manual for Pharmacy and Therapeutic Services.  Proponents must have a minimum of three years’ experience in providing pharmacy services to long-term care facilities.
