This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Design Build Seniors Affordable Housing Development as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The intent of this RFSQ is to qualify 3 design build firms to submit proposals for the RFP for Design Build of a Seniors Affordable Housing Development for the City of Brantford. Respondents intending to be considered as design builder for the Seniors Affordable Housing Development must submit a response to this RFSQ.
