This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for road, sewer and watermain construction on Conklin Road and Gilkison Street, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Work is to be completed in the following phases: Phase 1: Road reconstruction (including widening-left turn lane construction) and watermain installation (estimated quantity: 340m of 300mm Watermain) on Conklin Road (Gillespie Drive to Mount Pleasant Road). Completion to be achieved by November 29, 2024. Phase 2: Full depth road reconstruction and sanitary sewer installation (estimated quantity of 824m of 900mm Dia. Sanitary Sewer) on Gilkison Street (Mount Pleasant Road to Gilkison Street Connection). Completion to be achieved by May 1, 2025. |
