This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide sewer and water repair services, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The City intends to create a list of qualified contractors, in order to retain the services of multiple contractors to provide storm and sanitary sewer repairs, repair sewer services, repair water services, repair broken watermains and other related services, on an “as and when required” basis under a service agreement. The agreement shall commence upon notice of selection, and shall be for a duration of two years. Services required under this contract fall within the following three categories: Category 1 - Water Distribution and Sewer Collection Systems Work; Category 2 - Hydro-Vac Excavation; and Category 3 - Licenced Plumbing and Drain Repair. |
