This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the replacement of the Brant's Crossing Pedestrian Bridge and the removal of the Fordview Lookout Structure, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). All work is required to be completed by October 17, 2025. Currently the following companies have been qualified as manufactures/suppliers for the prefabricated pedestrian bridge for this project:
Requests to consider further alternative prefabricated pedestrian bridge manufactures/suppliers must be submitted through the City's electronic Bidding System's “Submit a Question” Function and all required information shall be provided via email to the City’s Purchasing Representative assigned to the project no later than ten (10) business days prior to the RFQ's Submission Deadline date. Refer to Specifications Section SP25 for further details and for what information must be submitted.
