This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design-Build of New Housing Development at 170 Trillium Way, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The housing development will be a 5-storey apartment building with 49 residential units. The target design build price including allowances is $11,330,000.00 (excluding HST).
