This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a locate service provider for utility locates. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide buried infrastructure locate services. The Locate Service Provider (LSP) shall provide all labour, equipment materials, facilities, accommodations, transportation, traffic control, and supervision to perform underground City Services location and marking services, complete. This RFP bid solicitation is being issued by the City of Brantford on behalf of itself (Water, Sewer, Street Lighting and Traffic), Brantford Power Inc., and Net Optics. All issues related to this RFP pre-award shall be dealt with by the City, on behalf of all agencies. |
