A digital bid bond in the amount of $800,000.00 is required for this tender. This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Shellard Lane Elevated Water Tank,as further described in the specifications (the “Deliverables”). The general scope of this Project is to complete the construction and commissioning of a 6 ML Elevated Water Storage Tank to service the City of Brantford’s Pressure District 1, in the southwest Associated construction is to include a 6m wide temporary access road and 350m of 400mm CPP watermain from the Site to Shellard Lane; site grading and drainage, with a local storage pond to be used during tank maintenance events. Local standby power equipment (generator), site lighting and security will also be provided. |
