This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Project Management Office (PMO) Services for Affordable Housing as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The PMO will lead, plan, oversee, communicate, and monitor the successful initial planning and design, phasing, development, site plan approval, all other permits, construction, commissioning, payment certification, and turn-over of the new apartment style building with approximately 50 units at 170 Trillium Way, Paris, ON. This project must have forces mobilized on site and starting construction by March 31, 2021.
