This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for snow clearing and ice control services for various housing locations, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). PART A: Eastdale Gardens (359 Darling St.), Daleview Gardens (676 Grey St.), Riverside Gardens (46, 48, 50, 52 Pontiac St., 43, 45 Tecumseh St., 17 Marie St.), 124 Sherwood Drive, Heritage House/Lucy Marco Place (40 Queen St), Beckett Building (7 Bain St.), 177 Colborne St West, 18 Stirton St. PART B: Northland Gardens (56-68 Memorial Drive & 332 North Park St.), Branlyn Meadows (2-10 Buchanan Cres.), Sunrise Villa (11 Park Ave.), 40-50 Willow Street, Walkers Green (33 Main St.), 170 Trillium Way, 702 Colborne St. PART C: The Housing locations are: Lorne Towers (24 Colborne St. West), Brant Towers (5 Fordview Court), Winston Court (22 Gladstone Ave., 124 Ontario St., 18 Aberdeen Ave.), Albion Towers (45 Albion St.), Slovak Village (144 Fifth Ave), Marlene Ave. Building (5 Marlene Ave), John Noble Home Apartments (97B Mt. Pleasant St). It is the City’s intent to award Parts A, B & C separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents do not have to bid on all three Parts but must bid on all requirements within any given Part. |
