This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design Build of a Supportive Housing Development at the corner of Stirton Ave. and Stinson Ave., within the City of Brantford, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The overall goal is to design and construct four dwellings on a single residential lot. The Design-Builder has the option of using conventional methods, pre-fabrication, or modular home construction. The target design build price is $390,000.00 (excluding HST). |
