This RFP bid solicitation is being issued by the City of
Brantford on behalf of Brantford Power Inc.
All issues related to this RFP pre-award shall be dealt with by the
City, on behalf of Brantford Power Inc.
The agreement shall be between Brantford Power Inc. and the selected
proponent. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brantford Power Inc. to prospective proponents for the provision of Construction Management Services and Construction for Facility Renovation & Expansion at 150 Savannah Oaks Drive, Brantford, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). NOTE: The Supplementary Conditions to the CCDC 5B-2010 will be issued in Addendum #1. |
