This City of Brantford is implementing a roster system to retain the services of up to five consulting firms for landscape architecture consultant assignments which are less than $250,000 (excluding HST) on an “as and when requested” basis under a master agreement.  The duration of the agreement shall be from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2019 with the option for annual renewals to March 31, 2021.

The scope of services required are general landscape architectural services as they pertain to project management, site analysis, planning, detail design, public meetings, presentations, assessments, construction administration and inspections of municipal open space and park projects.
