This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Property Maintenance Services for several Family, Adult and Senior houses and housing complexes managed by the City of Brantford Housing Department. Services shall include but are not limited to, lawn and boulevard maintenance, fall and spring cleanup, site litter clearing, speed bump installation, annual eavestroughs cleaning, bulk item pickup, and planting shrubs and seedling trees as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
