This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Delivery of Water Distribution and Collection Supplies, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Part A- Main Stops, Curb Boxes, Service Boxes, and Couplings

Part B- Valves, Sleeves, Restraints, Couplings, and PVC Pipe

Part C- Canada Valve Hydrants and Parts

Part D- McAvity Hydrants and Parts

Part E- Meter Parts and Accessories

It is the City’s intention to award each Part separately. Respondents are not required to bid on all Parts but are required to bid on all requirements for a given Part.
