This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for snow clearing and ice control at various City locations, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

This solicitation consists of two (2) Parts:

Part A: Transit Service Centre and Various Corporate Locations

Part B: The Market Centre Parkade

It is the City’s intent to award Parts A & B separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents do not have to bid on both Parts but must bid on all requirements within any given part.
