This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for progressive design-build services for the Sports and Entertainment Centre development, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”) and the Scope of Work (Appendix 1 Schedule A Scope of Work). The design-build work will include planning, programming design and construction services for the Project using an innovative, collaborative, and organized project delivery methodology as described in the RFP. The City is inviting experienced and qualified proponents to submit a proposals to:

1. provide certain preliminary professional services related to the planning, costing, designing, and constructing of the Project; and 
2. potentially design and construct the Project.
