This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for snow clearing services for Brantford Police Service (“BPS”), located at 344 Elgin St. in Brantford, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFQ bid solicitation is being issued by the City on behalf of Brantford Police Service Board. All issues related to this RFQ pre-award shall be dealt with by the City, on behalf of Brantford Police Service Board. The agreement shall be between Brantford Police Services Board and the selected respondent. |
