This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of road reconstruction of sanitary sewer and appurtenances, including sanitary services, on Twelfth Avenue, storm sewer and appurtenances on Twelfth Avenue, watermain and appurtenances, including water services, on Twelfth Avenue and Clara Crescent, full road reconstruction including concrete curb and asphalt on Twelfth Avenue (Wellington Street to Darling Street) and road resurfacing on Clara Crescent (full street) as further described in the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Estimated Quantity Items 55 m – 250 mm Dia. Sanitary Sewer 20 m – 300 mm Dia. Storm Sewer 410 m – 150 mm Dia. Watermain 100 m – Road Reconstruction (including new curb) 310 m – Road Resurfacing Anticipated construction start date is Monday, July 4, 2016. 50 working days for completion. |
