This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Market Street Parkade Rehabilitation and Repairs as further described in the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The scope of work includes the rehabilitation and repairs to the existing Market Street Parkade, located at 59 Icomm Drive, Brantford.  The Parkade is a reinforced cast-in-place concrete structure and is approximately 32,000 sq. m. in area, consisting of 3 parking levels (2 suspended levels, 1 slab on grade) and a 4^th podium pedestrian level complete with pedestrian bridge.  Work generally includes rehabilitation to concrete columns, beams, suspended decks, expansion joints, traffic coatings, roof, LED lighting upgrades, electrical upgrades, heat tracing ramps, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items.
