This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for consulting services for the preliminary design, detailed design, contract administration and inspection services for the installation of an outdoor wastewater flow metering PLC panel at a future pumping station and downstream access manhole for wastewater custody transfer between the community of Cainsville in the County of Brant and the City of Brantford, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
