This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for animal control and pound services for the City. The Contractor shall provide the following general services: • a proper and adequate animal shelter which will be available for use as a municipal pound; • animal control services; • animal control emergency services. |
