This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Payment Certifier Services for the Brantford Sports and Entertainment Centre that is proceeding through a progressive design-build methodology. The services will include independent review of work completed, verification of progress, Certification of Payments, participate in dispute resolution if any, participate in monthly invoice review meetings during the 24-month construction period, plus three months post completion and holdback release. |
