This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design Build of 389 West St., which requires Rehabilitation and Retrofit into an emergency shelter, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The goal is to rehabilitate and retrofit two wings & central administration space of an existing Long Term Care building into 20 (twenty) emergency shelter rooms for families and vulnerable persons, with internal staffing support space renovations. The target design build price is $3,500,000.00 exclusive of H.S.T.
