This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective bidders
to submit bids for the provision of road, sewer and watermain construction on Proctor Avenue (Forest Road to Collingdon Drive, including Robinson Avenue), as further described in the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Estimated Quantities

460m – 150mm Dia. Watermain

170m – 50mm Dia. Watermain

510m – 200-250mm Dia. Sanitary Sewer

470m – 300-600mm Dia. Storm Sewer

610m – Road Construction

Anticipated construction start date is Monday, July 24, 2017 with 80 working days for completion.
