This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for snow removal and ice control services at various City locations as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This solicitation consists of 2 Parts: Part A: Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for the Market Centre Parkade. Part B: Snow Removal and Ice Control Services for two (2) Municipal Pay Parking Lots. It is the City’s intent to award Parts A & B separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents do not have to bid on both Parts, but must bid on all requirements within any given Part. |
