This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a locate service provider for utility locates, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of Brantford (herein after referred to “City” unless otherwise noted) require buried infrastructure locate services for municipal utility services including wastewater and stormwater collection sewers, drinking water distribution, streetlights, and traffic signals. The Locate Service Provider (LSP) shall provide all labour, equipment, materials, facilities, accommodations, transportation, traffic control, and supervision to perform complete underground City utility location and marking services.
