This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of move-out painting services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, material and equipment for interior painting of various-sized municipal housing units, upon two weeks’ notice by the City. Work will typically take place in vacant units, but may take place in occupied units on occasion, at the City’s discretion.
