This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for engineering consulting services for preliminary design, detailed design, contract administration and inspection services for the rehabilitation of primary clarifier #5 and #6 at the Brantford Wastewater Treatment Plant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
