This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by the City of Brantford (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding quotations for the supply and delivery of various water treatment chemicals, as further described. This solicitation consists of four Parts: Part A: Polyaluminum Chloride (PACl) Part B: High Molecular Weight, Med/Low Charge Density Anionic Polymer Part C: High Molecular Weight, Low Charge Density Anionic Polymer (for non-potable use) Part D: High Molecular Weight, High Charge Density Cationic Polymer (for non-potable use) The provision of the Deliverables will be governed by the terms and conditions set out in Appendix A. It is the City’s intent to award Parts A, B, C, & D separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents do not have to bid on all Parts, but must bid on all requirements within any given Part. |
