Prime Consultant services for Provincial Offences Administration Accommodations at 220 Colborne Street, Brantford. Services to be undertaken include the preliminary design, detailed design, construction documents and tendering, and contract administration and close-out. The development of a design and construction package will support the realignment of City POA department, improve adjacencies and space use, support improved customer service delivery, and align with the City’s Accommodations and Customer One Strategies.
